This is how we do to make the compressor like new again!
If you have the compressor remanufactured by us, you get much more than a normal service. We measure all important components and repair or replace worn parts. In addition, we often suggest preventive measures or upgrades if necessary. The compressor will be as good as a new one at a favorable price.
See how our process works
1. Arrival
We receive the customer’s compressor and make the first arrival check and inform the customer that we have received it.
2. Inspection & documentation
We document and make an initial status check. We also check the color code to be able to return it to the customer in the same color as when it came.
3. Disassembly
During the careful observation, we disassemble the compressor in all its components. We analyze and measure tolerances so that we can assess what measures are required.
In an easy-to-understand yet detailed report, our technical analysis of all components in the compressor is documented.
We send the report to the customer together with an eventual quote for repair and parts we deem must be replaced.
4. Electric motor control
If an electric motor is included, we carry out an advanced measurement of the motor parts. We determine whether it is in a good state for the next operating cycle or if repairs are necessary.
A detailed report of the motor together with the compressor report is sent to the customer.
5. Wash & Rub
We see it as our responsibility to remanufacture your compressor in a clean environment, so each component undergoes a thorough wash, we use environmentally friendly liquids that remove oils and fats.
6. Blasting
To obtain the best result, we do everything to give the compressor even visual new life, by blasting we remove everything before painting.
7. Repair & Production of New Parts
The parts that have a normal or increased wear are machined to achieve a condition like an original part. Where a breakdown has occurred and parts must be scrapped, we manufacture new parts in original design.
8. New Parts
In our spare parts warehouse, we have remanufacuturing kits that contain parts needed for a remanufacturing, including bearings, gaskets, and O-rings.
9. Assembly
Now the compressor starts to look like it should when we start the assembly. Here we assemble all parts, which are either machined or new from the manufacturer, under high precision and cleanliness.
10. Painting
Each compressor regains its original color or desired color. We assemble all the plates and add one with the year and month the compressor was with us.
11. Final Test
After final assembly, function tests and leak tests are performed.
12. Packaging & Shipping
We always put the compressor on a new pallet and pack it for the weather and send it back to the customer.
