Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for all refrigeration and HVAC service requests, providing timely updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Scheduling & Dispatch
Efficiently coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs on various marine cooling systems (chillers, walk-ins, etc.).

Work Order Management
Create, track, and close work orders, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner.

Parts & Inventory
Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and management of necessary parts and equipment for jobs.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all service work adheres to safety regulations, maritime standards (e.g., EPA Section 608 for refrigerant handling), and company policies, maintaining accurate records. Maintaining and updating ISO Certification documents and procedures.

Quoting & Invoicing
Assist with preparing estimates, quotes, and final invoices, managing the billing process and tracking accounts.

Technical Liaison
Possess enough technical knowledge to effectively communicate job scopes and basic troubleshooting information between customers and technical teams.

Domestic & International Travel
The position may also require occasional domestic and international travel to customers and work sites.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or similar role, preferably within the marine, HVAC, or industrial refrigeration industry.
- Marine Refrigeration Knowledge: Strong understanding of marine air conditioning, refrigeration principles, and systems is highly valued.
- Certifications (Preferred): EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal) or equivalent for refrigerant handling is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and service management or ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, SAP).
