We have two business areas, Kompressorteknik Industri based in Sweden, and Kompressorteknik Marine based in Miami, USA.

We are marine refrigeration specialists primarily in the cruise industry. Service, remanufacturing and maintenance as well as installation of cooling units is our daily work. As refrigeration compressor specialists, we know how to best remanufacture, repair and service them. Our long experience of working with many brands has given us solid knowledge to handle complicated injuries. We pride ourselves on doing an impeccable and efficient job. After a refrigeration compressor has been in our workshop, it is often as good or better than new.

It started with STAL
Kompressorteknik, originally part of the former STAL, started its operations in 1999 in Norrköping. Most of the employees had a background in STAL. With this experienced team, Kompressorteknik had extensive knowledge and expertise in refrigeration compressors and their components from day one.
Since 2009, the company has been owned by Christer Öhrskog and Peter Wassberg, who also founded Kompressorteknik Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2015.

focuses on industries on land.
Kompressorteknik Industry are specialists in refrigeration compressors for industries with focus on service, renovation, and remanufacturing. They offer full service of refrigeration compressors for many different industries and is the only company with extensive knowledge of all brands. It does not matter if it is a smaller cooling system or a complex refrigeration compressor, they have the knowledge and experience required.
Kompressorteknik business is built on know-how. With the right knowledge and equipment, it’s always possible to renovate a compressor to continue operation with high efficiency for a long time. Kompressorteknik knows that a healthy refrigeration compressor performs better and lasts longer.
